I was forced into complying to a smart meter in July 2015. Boston Water and Sewer were going to shut off my water supply, with my elderly Mom staying with me, and her just days out of the hospital days, a house left in shambles by my now ex friend & housemate, a disconnected phone land line; that’s another issue.
I can’t imagine what I could of done differently, perhaps this article will help you say no to a smart meter.
